Hotel was clean, very welcoming staff.

The location was great - within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The restaurant was nice with decent service, we ordered simple dishes.

I would happily go back again, greatly enjoyed the hotel. This is an absolutely incredible property with new-fashioned rooms. Polite personnel provide excellent service. The location is marvellous and fab, just 1 mile from Village Gondola. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and bars.

The location was favourable and amazing, close enough to the free gondola up to Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain and shops/restaurant in the village and the Minerets and National park and local restaurants/shops. The room was large with utensils and a mountain view, as example, everything was good.

It was great stay, I appreciated fantastic food.

I booked spotless room with a kitchen. A shower and robes was a plus.

The hotel staff is courteous and provides excellent service. The location is marvelous, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. There are fantastic meal options to choose from at the hotel. There is a nice restaurant around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Great vibes and a convenient spot. The room was a good size and had a nice view. The staff here are super friendly, plus they offer free wake-up calls and ironing facilities! 👌

The rooms were compact and mine was practical with a kitchen and dining table, for example. The location was stunning, at walking distance from Mcleod Lake. Boutiques and a supermarket were right next door.

The hotel is incredible and clean, nestled in a nice building with good view of the mountains. The property has a marvellous location, adjacent to shops/restaurants, Village Gondola, and the mountain. The room is spotless and has a nice bathroom. The hotel provided fantastic customer service during our trip. The free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.

Arriving early in the morning, I was impressed by how quickly I was checked into the room with no fuss. This place is conveniently situated at the top of a hill, with great amenities just a quick walk or drive away. I loved that I could easily access restaurants and shops without having to go too far. The mountain views were breathtaking and made me feel so serene and relaxed during my stay.

Highly recommend this venue to everyone.

We only used the Westin Monach as an overnight stop on our drive from the Napa Valley to Las Vegas. The hotel is really well located, over looking, and literally within a stone's throw, of the beautiful little "Alpine" town of Mammoth Lakes. The Westin is a large hotel, but we found the staff to be friendly and attentive.

Just a note - although the hotel run a shuttle bus every half hour into town, it is literally just a 5 minute walk, but you have to negotiate a series of steps. Not really a negative, just something to be aware of

The hotel is centrally located and adjacent to all major activities and services. The room was beautifully appointed with an outstanding view. The room included a microwave, two-burner cooktop, small refrigerator, and complete stock of cooking and eating utensils. The parking was convenient.

The service orientation of hotel staff varied greatly. Check in - fair. Consierege - fair. Bellman - excellent. Housekeeping - excellent. Restaurant - very poor.
